Due to the nature of this business, we may ask for proof of age as we are restricted to 18+ for safeguarding regulations.

Product Information, customisation and Disclaimer:

  1. Insert Here Prosthetics offers handmade gender-affirming prosthetics designed to provide realistic and comfortable solutions for individuals seeking gender affirmation.
  2. While we strive to provide accurate product information and descriptions, please note that variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our products, please note you will see a visible join on the prosthetics from the moulding process.
  3. Insert Here Prosthetics is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products. Customers are advised to review product materials and consult with a healthcare professional if they have any concerns or sensitivities. Our products are Latex Free. All products are dusted with Talcum Powder to reduce the silicones slight tackiness.
  4. Our products may offer customisation options, including customisable colours, vegan crepe hair punching, hand painted details, tattoos, and piercings to meet the individual preferences of our customers. Please note that customised products will require additional costs, processing times and are subject to availability. Please contact us directly if you require a customised prosthetic.
  5. All products come in discreet packaging with a name that keeps you safe or your name (Please specify the name that you’d like on the packaging)
  6. Our packaging can be recycled and may include Packaging peanuts (not made of nuts) that can be composted or dissolved in water.

Ordering and Payment:

  1. Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting Insert Here Prosthetics directly.
  2. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.
  3. Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers will be charged the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery:

  1. Insert Here Prosthetics ships orders to addresses within the specified regions or countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method selected. We use Royal Mail as our main postal courier.
  2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Insert Here Prosthetics is not liable for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

At Insert Here Prosthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality handmade gender-affirming prosthetics that meet the unique needs and preferences of our customers. Due to the nature of our business, we have a Replacement Only Policy for our products.

Please inspect your purchase/s WITHOUT OPENING the packaging (keep in the plastic packaging until you are sure it is correct) as soon as you receive it/them - Check the model, colour, size, consistency are as ordered. Make sure all of your items ordered are present. If you are not satisfied with the products or are missing something please contact us within 48 hours. ONCE PLASTIC IS OPENED A REPLACEMENT IS VOID.

Our current Packers are not intended for sexual purposes, water sports, or rigorous exercise as it heightens the risks of untimely damage.

We understand that it is an impactful decision when finding your desired gender affirming prosthetic, so If you have any questions or concerns at any point, please contact us.

  1. Customization and Personalization: Many of our prosthetics are customized or personalized to meet the individual preferences of our customers. This may include customized colours, sizes, or features. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds for customized or personalized items.
  2. Hygiene and Safety: Ensuring the health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Once a prosthetic has been purchased and received by the customer, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons. We take hygiene and sanitation seriously and adhere to strict standards to maintain the cleanliness and safety of our products.
  3. Quality Assurance: We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you believe your prosthetic is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report the issue. We will work with you to address the problem and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or supply repair solutions for the defective item.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Our goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase from Insert Here Prosthetics. If you have any questions or concerns about our products or services, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you and provide support throughout your journey with our prosthetics.
  5. If significant damage occurs within the first 30 days of the products use, you may contact us to discuss a replacement for a discounted price. Proof of Purchase, Images and a detailed description of how the damage occurred will be required if you are claiming for a replacement - we will then inspect the information and validate if we consider the issues to be of fault during the making process or as a result of improper use by the handler.
  6. Replacement products will only be purchased by existing customers and only in these exceptional circumstances.
  7. Any modifications or improper use of the product/s or made to the product/s will automatically void the rights for product/s replacement.
